Terms of use
These terms apply to the use of datafolka.no and to purchases in the shop. By using the website or shopping in the store, you accept these terms.

Ordering and payment
An order is binding once it has been confirmed. Payment is processed via Stripe, which supports the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. The amount is charged at the time of ordering. You receive an order confirmation by email once the purchase is completed.
Delivery
We offer delivery throughout Norway on the following terms:
- Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days.
- Free shipping on orders over NOK 999.
- Delivery via PostNord or Bring.
- You receive tracking information by email once the parcel has been shipped.
Delivery time may vary depending on stock status and delivery address. In the event of delays beyond the stated delivery time, you will be informed.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the deadline.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and in substantially the same condition and quantity.
- You are responsible for return costs unless the item is defective or we delivered the wrong item.
- Refunds are paid within 14 days after we have received the return.
- The refund includes the original shipping cost (standard shipping).

Complaints
You have a right to complain in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven):
- 2-year complaint period for all items.
- 5-year complaint period for products that, under normal use, are intended to last substantially longer than 2 years.
- Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
In the case of a justified complaint, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us at roy@datafolka.no to file a complaint about an item.
Intellectual property rights
All content on datafolka.no – including text, images, logos, design and code – is the property of Datafolka AS or used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or other use of the content requires written consent from Datafolka AS.
IT services
For IT services, the following terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Terms for IT services are agreed separately in a dedicated agreement.
- No minimum commitment period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 3 months' notice period for ongoing agreements.
- Termination must be made in writing by email.
Limitation of liability
Datafolka AS is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, loss of data or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant service or product.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, price changes and temporarily sold-out items in the shop. The information on the website is intended as general guidance and does not replace professional advice.
Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. The current terms are always available on this page. In the event of significant changes, we will give notice on the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Disputes
Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the parties do not reach agreement, the dispute may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
For disputes that cannot be resolved through complaint handling, Stavanger District Court is the legal venue. Norwegian law applies to all purchases made via datafolka.no.
